Booty lift workout
1. Perky Lifts:  lift your right leg until its parallel to the floor.
2. Rear raisers: keep your right leg straight, cross it behind your left leg,tapping the floor with a pointed toe.
3.booty boxes: lift your right leg,keep your hips angled,trace a box clockwise then do it reverse.
4.killer kicks: right leg extended, then kick back out to the side,but make sure you are squeezing your glute.
5.lift it up: extend your right leg out with your hip, pulse your right leg up and down.
