  Ever since the recent attacks on Paris, there have been tweets, Snapchat filters, Instagram and Facebook posts using the hashtag #PrayForParis. We should keep Paris in our prayers as they deal with all the lives lost and pray for their families. But I honestly think that this is just a wake up call that we need to also pray for our world in general. Every country, every state, city and even small town. Our world needs saving.

Texas Says NO to Refugees

“BREAKING: Texas will not accept any Syrian refugees & I demand the U.S. act similarly. Security comes first.” Greg Abbott tweeted and sent a public letter to Obama saying  that no refugees would be able to come into the Texas state following the Paris attack that happened on November 13, 2015. Also, Isis made a specific threat to the U.S  releasing a video saying that is not over yet, and they will attack Washington D.C. which they claimed they are responsible for the attack in Paris recently. It is unclear how many refugees would have ended up in Texas, but in recent years, the Lone Star State has accepted 10 percent of the 70,000 refugees.

Albert Pujols Undergoes Surgery

      Albert Pujols underwent foot surgery on November 9 around his second toe area that had gotten worse throughout the season. People say he is expected to miss the next season but his doctor said he is expected to play without any restraints in 4 ½ months. Albert was the leading the Angels in home runs with 35, and 80 RBI’s. The Angels will struggle some this year without Pujols both offensive and defensively without their leading hitter. We must wait to see if he will play opening day. or see him on the disabled list.

New moms are suing a manufacturer because the labels were written wrong. They were taking the pills,but they were the wrong ones on the wrong week. The company’s are being sued as much as college tuition money for the kids! This teaches you a lesson to be careful and always be attentive to what you're doing.

Donald Trump says he's now more against allowing Syrian refugees into the U.S. than ever, warning it could be a way for terrorists to sneak into the country. "Our country has tremendous problems. We can't have another problem." Trump has been saying for weeks on the campaign trail that the U.S. should not accept refugees from the civil war torn country, and he says he's only standing by that position stronger in the wake of the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris. At least six of the suspects in the Paris attack have ties to Syria, and at least one is believed to have entered Europe with refugees.  

Attacker from the Paris Attacks was barred from entering the Stade de France  

One of the attackers from the Paris attacks ,that happened this weekend, had a ticket to see the France-Germany soccer game but was barred from entering after a guard discovered he had an explosive vest strapped on him. The suicide bomber detonated his vest while backing away from the guard. Minutes later another attacker blew himself up outside the stadium. The bombings were heard by people inside the stadium and can also be heard in the television broadcast of the game. Fortunately, the guard, who gave his name as Zouheir, blocked the suicide bomber from entering the stadium, therefore preventing another deadly attack.

Distract Yourself and Stay Positive!

Since high school started, I’ve seen a lot of people look really sad and upset about things. I’ve been trying to keep myself happy by doing things that give me a positive feeling. Some of those things include drawing things, listening to music, and watching shows to distract me. When I say I listen to music, I don’t mean the sad music that could make everything worse. That’ll just make everything even more saddening. Listen to something that’s thrilling in its own way, try not to punch someone in the face, and please don’t take your anger out on others.

Reasons why you should never leave mad !

Is never okay to leave angry at yourself or at someone else. You shouldn’t leave mad because you never know if that’s their last day that they will pass away or get hurt and you will feel guilty for not apologizing or not being happy with that person. You will feel really guilty for your whole life or wish you could of had said sorry to that person  and you will regret it. Is better to fix problems or avoid the arguing , be happy and don’t ever leave mad out of your house or anywhere!

BE HAPPY

Being happy is sometimes hard to achieve because people aren’t satisfied with what they have or let people put them down. But don’t let that be you. Go out and enjoy life while you still can !

Paris

On Saturday, Paris was bombed. The attack left over 120 people dead and over 300 wounded. ISIS claimed responsibility. Although this is a terrible event, we all have to realize that this happens all around the world every day. The fact that we turn a blind eye to crap like this angers me. We need to focus on the fact that this happens every day, not because of religion, but because of ignorant people.

Paris attack

On Friday the 13 of November Paris was attacked. The attacks were at the hotspots of Paris which were some restaurants, a concert hall, and a soccer game. This has killed at least 129 people and at least 352 people were wounded. The terrorist group called ISIS has claimed that it was there attack. This has left people questioning if the world is safe and where will the try to strike next.

El Clasico Is Almost Here!

El Clasico is almost here! Only 5 more days. This is the game so many people have been waiting for. We’ve been dying to see Messi and Ronaldo face each other. This game determines which team goes to first place on the league table. We are going to have to wait and see who wins.

In the trilogy's second film(Back to the Future Day), Michael J. Fox's character Martin Seamus McFly, better known as Marty, gave us a glimpse of how things would look on October 21st, 2015. And even though the future according to the movie may have not been fully accurate, Marty's power-laced Nike sneakers are indeed a reality.  The actual Marty McFly shoes are coming in spring 2016, Nike has confirmed.

October is very important month not only do we have many exciting things coming up but it is also the month we support all the amazing women in their battle through cancer. This kind of cancer is really hard to go threw but these women do not give up, they fight. October is the month to support all the breast cancer survivors, the women fighting threw the battle, and the women who lost there life in the battle of breast cancer. For the month of october let's support these women with the help of a little light, wear pink and support the amazing brave women going threw this tough situation.

Atreyu announces Christmas Vacation Tour with Falling in Reverse, From Ashes to New, and Assuming We Survive

Atreyu and Falling In Reverse are to be headlining their Christmas Vacation Tour with one of 2015’s breakout bands, From Ashes To New and Assuming We Survive, who are currently opening for Falling In Reverse for their Supervillians Tour.

The tour starts on December 11th in Boulder, Colorado at the Boulder Theater and will end in Fresno, California on December 20th at the Woodway Park Rotary Amphitheater. Atreyu has waited a year to come back with their new album Long Live. Falling In Reverse have been touring in support of their album Just Like You, which was released earlier this year. From Ashes To New have been touring with Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach and are expected to drop their new full-length debut, Day One, early next year. Assuming We Survive have been opening for Falling In Reverse in their Supervillians Tour, and are to open for them on this tour as well and have been working on their full-length debut album.

The Awesome & Enchanting World of Video Games

Video games have been in our world for quite a while now and in the process changed the course of human history. So much so it has created an entire community and entire societies! First, let’s brief you on how it all began. It all started in an up and coming college known as the Michigan Institution of Technology, M.I.T. A group of remarkable students came together and had an idea. To make a device that allowed you to control an image on a typical screen. The first ever game in history was created. PONG. Basically playing ping pong on a screen. This started a an evolution of industry and technology as we knew it. Proof? Look at the games of today. Nintendo, Atari, PlayStation, XBOX, even the Wii were all results of this new discovery. Anyways, enough history class. From that point on, the gaming world was created. People of all ages and genders were in love with the common notion of video games. Games that were one of best ever created. Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Street Fighter, Halo, Uncharted, Minecraft, Call of duty…. the list goes on. Search it up if you want to. It’s a long list! But the gaming world also has its naysayers. People who consider video games as a waste of time and an unhealthy habit. Who think they are the cause of violent tragedies that you see on the news. To tell the truth, it’s not the games that kill people, it’s the person who plays them. We gamers have been so much that it’s made the gaming community stronger and better. So whatever your stance is on video games, I’m sure it’s for a good reason. Just know that video games are an amazing result of human intuition and curiosity.

This album is honestly one of the best I’ve heard in awhile. Tyler and Josh keep you motivated with all the great songs on this record. Honestly, my favorite song has to be Lane Boy. This songs keeps me going and the video for this song is the best considering it shows the best part of any concert I’ve seen (second to something that happened at an Of Mice and Men concert). The songs keep me motivated and happy throughout the day and I’m sure they’d keep you the same way if you listen to them as well. I really recommend you buy their album, Blurryface.

Selena Gomez announces she has lupus

Selena announces that she’s been on a break from singing.

"I was diagnosed with lupus, and I've been through chemotherapy. That's what my break was really about. I could've had a stroke," Gomez told the magazine in a cover story coming out Thursday.

Lupus is an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues, and basically her muscles were in pain. She mentioned she was worried about getting a stroke or her blood getting clogged.

Hopefully Selena feels much better now,and we’re excited for her new album, revival, which just came out a few days ago! Selena is an inspiration to us all, struggling with a disease but still going strong!

This Needs To Be Said

In school, we learn about bullying and all that crap, but we never really talk about what can happen because of bullying. No one talks about how people become depressed and end up hurting themselves. Sometimes the bully is us ourselves. We never talk about how that affects us. Some cope with it by crying themselves to sleep, others by harming themselves, and some by doing distracting themselves with things like art, music, sports, etc. If you know anyone who might be in danger of themselves, try and help them as best you can (don’t tell them to get over it, that could just mess them up more). Don’t ignore it. You could end up saving someone’s life one day. Remember, killing yourself isn’t going to make anything better. It’ll just hurt other people. Please don’t do it.

Marfan Syndrome

Marfan Syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects the body’s connective tissue. This disorder affects the heart and blood vessels; bones and joints; eyes; and lungs. Every one in 5,000 people has it. One of my role models (Austin Carlile, shown to the left) has this particular disorder, which was passed down genetically from his mother, who passed away due to an aortic aneurysm from that same disorder. This disorder is incurable for now, but is being researched to see if there is any sort of cure for it. Prisoners to be released early

   The Federal Bureau of Prisons is releasing 6,000 prisoners who were charged with a drug offense. They are releasing this many and more to come because America's prisons are getting packed with new prisoners everyday. Their will be at least tens of thousands prisoners released in the first wave of this merciful act of redemption.
